Resolution 5A passed, which officially demoted the now “Plutonian object.” I have to say I’m very pleased with the outcome. As a scientist, nothing gives me greater pleasure than making children cry. I wonder if it’s too late to get a refund on the New Horizons program…

A correction: Resolution 5B and 6B did NOT pass, so the name for Pluto and other similar KBOs has not been determined.

I’ve always known i was different then all the other kids in grad school – I was a plutonian! Now they’ve even taken that away from me … you BASTARDS!
